About the event
This season we are reading "The Education of the Negro prior to 1861" by Carter G Woodson. We advise you to purchase the Large Print Version of this book at the following link https://a.co/d/6vChPy4We or purchase locally at Pan African Connection Bookstore. We will meet 4 Saturdays in a row from 6-8pm at Wheatley Park in Dallas starting May 31- June 21st. Each week you can look forward to engaging speakers, silent reading as a group, and engaging discussions. If you're looking for a fun way to learn about Black History with community, grab your tickets, bring your book and meet us a Wheatley Park. We hope to see you there.
